Our chain of doctor-led skincare clinics reopened on the 11th of October 2021. We are well provisioned to provide a clean and hygienic environment, and we continue to follow the latest advice from NSW health authorities.
As demand is currently high, we encourage you to contact us and book your appointment to avoid disappointment.
For everyone’s safety, we ask that you please wear a mask, use the hand sanitiser provided upon arrival, check in with the QR code provided and please be kind to our staff when asked for proof of vaccination. We are following the NSW government health orders.

Are your clinics open?
Yes. Our clinics reopened on the 11th of October, 2021.
Do I have to be vaccinated to attend the clinic?
The current NSW government health order requires full vaccination in order to leave their home and attend a clinic for cosmetic medical services at this time. As medical cosmetic clinics, we are required to follow the NSW Government health orders. We appreciate your understanding and kindness at this time.
If I don’t want to take public transport, is there parking nearby?
There is parking close by at all of our clinics, and we will take the cost of the first hour of parking of the cost of your treatment. Please see terms, conditions and applicable parking locations here.

My treatment package expires soon, but I cannot come in. What will happen to my package?
If your package is due soon, please contact us so that we may assist you.
What will happen to my Birthday Voucher if I cannot come in during the month of my birthday?
If you are affected by the current circumstances, please contact us for assistance.
Someone bought me a gift voucher, but I cannot come in. What do I do?
If you have a gift voucher that will expire soon, please contact us before your gift voucher expiry date so that we may assist you.
I need to replace my skincare products but I can’t come in. What can I do?
All our signature products are available to purchase online through our webstore we have free Australia wide shipping on all orders over $120, so you can still have all your favourite products at no additional cost.

What if I’m due for treatment but I can’t come in?
The best results come from following a regular treatment plan at the recommended intervals, but the health and safety of our community remains our top priority. You should continue to use your medical-grade skin care products at home as they can help you maintain results and keep some of your concerns at bay – check out our Instagram account for tips and tricks on how to maintain great skin while you stay in.
