Our Response To COVID-19: Service AdjustmentsApril 6, 2020
At Rejuvenation Clinics of Australia, the health and safety of our patients and staff is our primary concern and responsibility.
Due to the ongoing uncertainty regarding COVID-19 we have temporarily postponed all non-medical appointments, we are taking this additional precaution to protect our community, but we look forward to welcoming patients back in to our clinics soon.
In the meantime we are adapting and innovating our service delivery to support you in any way we can during this difficult time so that we may provide safe and professional services now, and long into the future.
To that end you can still register your interest for any of our treatment catalogue and we will be in touch again to let you know as soon as it becomes available again.
Inspired by telehealth initiatives, we are conducting complimentary video consultations. This means that you can book a time to discuss your concerns and treatment options with regards to skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, anti-ageing, injectable treatments, acne, facial contouring, fat reduction and more.
We have also implemented an Australia wide free postage policy on our webstore with no minimum purchase. We hope this small gesture will help to reduce disruption and inconvenience by allowing you continued access to your favourite skincare products.
In addition we will continue to work with and engage our community in resolving any other issues or concerns that arise during these unprecedented times, our normal lines of communication remain open and we are here to help.
May you be well and continue to remain healthy and safe.
