Your satisfaction is important to us, our refund & returns policy governs all product purchases made through our online shop and physical retail stores.
In the instance of a product defect we will exchange the product within 7 days of purchase as long as proof of purchase is provided. If the product has been damaged due to misuse an exchange may be refused.
Most of our specialised skin care products have active ingredients, so if used excessively or contrary to the recommended usage given by our skincare consultant a skin reaction may occur. A full refund will be given in the case of a genuine allergic event as long as proof of purchase, and detailed evidence of the reaction is provided with your claim.
Rejuvenation Clinics of Australia does not refund for ‘Change of Mind’ purchases.

Products will be sent by Australia Post, securely and safely packaged. Orders received before 12 noon will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 12 noon and outside normal business hours will be shipped the next working day. Products are delivered within the timeframes specified by Australia post (http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/domestic-parcels.html).
Our stock is drawn through multiple channels and on occasion we may not be able to facilitate orders of products marked as in-stock. In this instance we will contact you immediately with an estimated delivery time and the option to continue, cancel or change your order at no cost.
